Keto Pizza Chips

This recipe is a quick and easy but delicious treat! I’ve made it countless times. The cheese doesn’t get hard like a normal chip, but it sure does taste amazing. I hope you enjoy it!

Prep: 5 minutes            Cook time: 7-10 minutes           Max Duration: 15 minutes


  • Cheese of choice (to be sliced)
  • Salami of a sort (I prefer Columbus Dry Salami or Genoa Salami)
  • Spices (such as salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion flakes, 21 Spice, etc…)
  • A cookie sheet to be oiled or equipped with a Silpat

Start by preheating oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the cheese into flat squares to match the size of your chosen salami. After placing a dozen or so cheese slices on the oiled or Silpat cookie sheet, sprinkle desired spices on each cheese square. Take out your salami and set one on each cheese slice. Put the cookie sheet in the oven and set timer for 7 minutes. Check the cheese for melted texture. If not bubbly, cook the pizza chips for one minute at a time. After cheese seems fully melted, take out cookie sheet and let cool for about 2 minutes then enjoy! You will find that they will come off quite easily.
